Episode 16: How I was rushed to the ER and almost pulled the plug to my last episode

Feb 13, 2024

This episode is all about lessons, and how I learned the hard way that if you don’t get the lesson, it’s only going to get even harder! Today, I share about a traumatic experience that resulted in me being rushed to the ER recently, and the perspectives I have gained around this event since it happened.

Today’s conversation is really all about the importance of slowing down, honoring yourself and recognizing and celebrating your wins. This is how I found my power and my strength, and the way that I got centered at my core, and I hope my story helps you as well.

Are you inspired to add what I share in this episode to your own spiritual toolbox? I’d love to hear about it, so send me a DM or tag me on Instagram,@jill_foubister, and always, I am so grateful for you listening to this podcast!
